Corporate financial solutions

Structuring and Coordination of Financial Operations.

Sentra structures and coordinates corporate financial operations across jurisdictions. We define the scheme, identify the appropriate counterparties and organise the supporting documentation, so that every operation can be executed in a traceable and viable manner, in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.

How we act

Our work rests on a precisely defined perimeter, a progressive evaluation protocol and coordination with authorised counterparties. This section sets out, in an orderly manner, what we do, what we do not do and the conditions under which we intervene.

  • We are not a financial institution

and we do not provide services reserved to authorised institutions.

  • We structure and coordinate real operations

and execution rests with authorised providers with whom the client contracts directly.

  • We intervene when an operation requires structure

beyond what conventional advisory work resolves.

Our approach

Professional Principles and Criteria

  • 01

    Defined perimeter

We know precisely which activities are reserved to authorised institutions, and we do not assume them under any circumstances.

  • 02

    Economic substance

We intervene where a real operation requires structure. We give documentary form to what takes place, never the appearance of what did not.

  • 03

    Traceability

Every operation is supported by documentation consistent with the economic fact that gives rise to it and with the sequence actually executed.

  • 04

    Counterparty due diligence

We verify identity, source of funds and risk profile before structuring any course of action.

  • 05

    Operational prudence

We assess context, viability and risk before committing to an intervention. Not every evaluation leads to execution.

  • 06

    Integrity and responsibility

Economic value is the consequence of acting correctly, not an end that justifies shortcuts.

Every operation is structured on a real economic fact. We give form to what exists, with the support it lacked.

    01

    Corporate Financial Structuring

Design of the financial scheme of an operation: flows, counterparties, contractual sequence and supporting documentation. We intervene when structure, rather than advice, is what an operation needs in order to move forward.

    02

    Coordination of Cross-Border Operations

Organisation of collections, payments and settlements across jurisdictions, bringing in the authorised providers appropriate to each leg and ensuring consistency between the economic flow and its contractual support.

    Operations Involving Digital Assets

Where an operation involves digital assets, we support the client in framing it, verifying counterparties and organising the documentation. Execution, conversion and custody rest entirely with authorised platforms with which the client contracts directly.

Situational scope

Framework of Action

  • Cross-border operations with multiple counterparties

that require contractual order, a defined sequence and coordination across jurisdictions.

  • International collections and payments with operational friction

arising from delays, intermediation costs or restrictions that impede normal execution.

  • Group structures across jurisdictions

that require consistency between the real economic flow and its supporting documentation.

  • Operations involving digital assets

that require framing, traceability and verifiable counterparties.

  • Situations that exceed the scope of traditional advisory work

and require effective operational coordination, not recommendations alone.

Perimeter of action

Compliance Framework and Limits

Sentra is not a financial institution and does not carry out activities reserved to authorised institutions. We do not hold client funds or assets, we do not maintain control over keys, balances or instruments, and we do not execute exchange, transfer or conversion operations on our own account or on behalf of third parties.

Where an operation requires any of those functions, the client establishes the relationship directly with the corresponding authorised platform or provider, which assumes compliance responsibility in its own jurisdiction, including client identification, anti-money laundering and transaction reporting obligations. Sentra acts as structurer and coordinator within that scheme, and its relationship with the client is advisory in nature and not that of an intermediary.

Frequently asked questions

No. Sentra does not provide regulated financial services and does not operate under banking, exchange or custody licences of its own. It structures and coordinates operations, and brings in the participation of duly authorised providers when an operation requires functions subject to authorisation.
